JMJ Developments Ltd. was set up in September 2004 for the purpose of creating modern homes to a high standard of construction and finish.

JMJ consists of a team of professionals and skilled tradesmen with a combined experience in the Construction Industry exceeding 80 years.

Professional background including experience in Building, Civil Engineering and the Oil Industry with Quantity Surveying being our main discipline and Contracts administration at the forefront of our range of experience.

With Part L of the Building Regulations being very stringent, we will also produce energy performance calculations for your proposed property (SAP's)
